What the HECK is PILATES, anyways?

Pilates is a series of exercises designed to transform you into a strong, flexible coordinated human. it is a fitness method that will get you breathing better , moving with more ease and resting with more comfort.


Beginner classes look kind of like a physio session with lots of simple movement exercises designed to help you understand safe, efficient human movement . We will address any pain or injuries you have and either modify the exercise or show you how to adjust your movement patterns to improve function of your joints, muscles and fascia.


As you progress in the Pilates levels, your workout will start to look and feel more like a martial art or dance routine as the exercises become more challenging. This will help build endurance, coordination and mobility from head to toe.

You will look better, feel better and be healthier because of this work.
