Pilates
Pilates lessons will build the lean, strong, agile body you have always wanted. I am trained in the Classical method that is designed to meet you at your fitness level and progress you safely and efficiently towards your strength and mobility goals. Pilates is designed to increase your coordination, your range of motion and your endurance by uniformely developing your body as a whole. So much more than just adominal work, the Classical method will train your brain / body connection from head to toe. I offer group and private lessons, from beginners to advanced.


Hypopressive Training
Train your core with static exercises that help lift your internal organs, reduce back pain and decompress your spine. Hypopressive means to decrease pressure. When we practice these exercises, we decrease the pressure in our abdominal cavity to help relieve organ prolaps, low back pain and spinal disk compression.Other benefits include better breathing, improved resting tone of your abdominal area and better posture.
